These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Easy Flight Com Ltd (“EasyFlightCom”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a claim, signing an authorization, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. About EasyFlightCom

EasyFlightCom assists passengers in pursuing compensation and reimbursement claims against airlines under:

  • Regulation (EC) No 261/2004;
  • UK261;
  • the Montreal Convention;
  • and other applicable passenger rights regulations.

Our services may include:

  • claim assessment;
  • claim submission;
  • negotiations with airlines;
  • legal escalation;
  • communication with authorities and legal partners;
  • collection and transfer of compensation.

EasyFlightCom may cooperate with external lawyers and legal partners where necessary for claim handling or litigation.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or acting with legal authorization;
  • the information provided is accurate and complete;
  • you have legal authority to act for all passengers included in the claim;
  • the claim has not been assigned to another company unless disclosed;
  • no fraudulent or misleading information has been submitted.

We reserve the right to reject claims at our discretion.

4. Claim Submission and Authorization

To process a claim, the customer may be required to provide:

  • booking confirmation;
  • boarding pass;
  • travel documents;
  • identification documents;
  • signed authorization or power of attorney;
  • additional supporting evidence.

By submitting a claim, you authorize EasyFlightCom to:

  • act on your behalf;
  • contact airlines and relevant authorities;
  • negotiate settlements;
  • receive compensation payments where applicable;
  • initiate legal proceedings directly or through legal partners if necessary.

5. No Win – No Fee Model

EasyFlightCom generally operates under a “No Win – No Fee” model.
This means:

  • if compensation is successfully recovered, EasyFlightCom is entitled to a service fee;
  • if no compensation is recovered, no service fee is charged, unless otherwise agreed.

EasyFlightCom charges a success fee of 30% of the recovered compensation amount unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional legal, court, bank transfer, or administrative fees may apply where permitted by law and will be communicated where applicable.
Additional legal or court-related expenses may apply in specific jurisdictions where permitted by law.

6. Fees and Payments

When compensation is successfully obtained, EasyFlightCom may deduct:

  • service fees;
  • legal fees;
  • court fees;
  • bank transfer fees;
  • currency conversion costs;
  • taxes where applicable.

The remaining balance will be transferred to the customer using the payment details provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
EasyFlightCom shall not be liable for failed or delayed transfers caused by incorrect banking details.

7. Existing Airline Payments

If the customer:

  • has already received compensation directly from the airline;
  • settles directly with the airline;
  • withdraws the claim after work has commenced;
  • or receives compensation during our handling process,

EasyFlightCom may still be entitled to applicable service fees and costs.
Customers must immediately inform EasyFlightCom of any direct airline communication or payment related to the claim.

8. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • cooperate during claim handling;
  • provide requested documentation promptly;
  • provide truthful and complete information;
  • avoid actions that could negatively affect the claim;
  • refrain from appointing other claim companies or lawyers for the same claim without notification.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Legal Proceedings

If necessary, EasyFlightCom or its legal partners may initiate legal proceedings.
Customers may be required to:

  • sign additional legal documents;
  • provide witness statements;
  • cooperate with courts or authorities.

The decision to pursue litigation remains at EasyFlightCom’s discretion based on legal and commercial assessment.
EasyFlightCom does not guarantee successful recovery.

10. Time Limits and Limitation Periods

Claims are subject to limitation periods that vary depending on jurisdiction.
EasyFlightCom is not responsible if a claim becomes time-barred before submission or due to delayed customer cooperation.

11. Claim Rejection

EasyFlightCom may reject or discontinue claims where:

  • eligibility requirements are not met;
  • insufficient evidence exists;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • legal prospects are unfavorable;
  • airlines invoke extraordinary circumstances supported by evidence;
  • continued pursuit is commercially unreasonable.

12. Extraordinary Circumstances

Certain disruptions may not qualify for compensation under applicable law.
Examples may include:

  • severe weather conditions;
  • air traffic control restrictions;
  • political instability;
  • security risks;
  • airport closures;
  • strikes outside airline control;
  • other extraordinary circumstances recognized by law.

EasyFlightCom does not guarantee that every flight disruption qualifies for compensation.

13. Communication

Customers agree that communication may occur electronically, including via:

  • email;
  • website forms;
  • messaging systems;
  • customer portals.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their communication channels and maintaining accurate contact information.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

EasyFlightCom processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By using our services, customers acknowledge and accept such processing.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, and materials are the property of EasyFlightCom or its licensors.
Users may not:

  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • modify;
  • or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.

16. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • misuse the website;
  • interfere with website security;
  • submit malicious content;

EasyFlightCom’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees received from the customer in relation to the specific claim.

18. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyFlightCom against claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • false information;
  • unauthorized representation;
  • breach of these Terms;
  • fraudulent conduct.

19. Force Majeure

EasyFlightCom shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • war;
  • cyberattacks;
  • strikes;
  • government actions;
  • pandemics;
  • infrastructure failures.

20. Termination

EasyFlightCom may terminate or suspend services where:

  • customers breach these Terms;
  • fraudulent conduct is suspected;
  • cooperation is insufficient;
  • legal pursuit becomes impractical.

Customers may withdraw claims subject to applicable fees and incurred costs.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Easy Flight Com Ltd.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements or authorizations, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and EasyFlightCom.

24. Amendments

EasyFlightCom may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
